Talking to Jake and I remembered that for my media project last year I zoned in on eating disorders - and nobody was doing anything about male eating disorders. So I thought LET’S DO THAT.
But we had to provide our own pictures and the only person who I know who takes a picture I wanted would be James. But I didn’t want the whole “here’s a picture of someone vomming into a toilet - they are bulimic” I wanted it to be ~subtle and just be all here is a person, may or may not have an eating disorder. Although James is the only photogenic person… and he’s thin. So. You know. And he’s touchy about his weight.
You can imagine the conversation attempting to convince him to do it. It wasn’t pleasant but after I convinced him I’d feed him and give him cups of tea, he done it - because he is a top bird. But I also really liked how the pictures turned out and I got an A on it and when it got sent back the person marking it said that they really liked my photographs. ;) Sexy:
